Exchange or Return of Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Hamid Baklava, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality desserts prepared fresh daily. However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur. Below you will find our policy regarding the exchange or return of goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchange or Return of Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For non-perishable items<\/em> such as gift boxes, accessories, or packaged products with long shelf life, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To maintain this right, the customer must ensure that the product is preserved in its original, unused condition<\/strong>. If the product has been damaged through no fault of the customer, this does not deprive them of the right to request a refund. If the packaging has been opened solely for inspection, this does not automatically prevent a return request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Note for Perishable Food Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since our desserts \u2014 including baklava, pastries, cheesecakes, and Turkish delights \u2014 are fresh, perishable food items<\/strong>, these products cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong> once opened, consumed, or damaged after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns are accepted only if<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product arrived incorrect<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product arrived damaged<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Or the product arrived in poor quality<\/strong> due to factors beyond the customer\u2019s control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours<\/strong> of receiving their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Products Cannot Be Returned If Any of the Following Are Missing:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Original packaging (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proof of purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All included items or accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clear photo\/video evidence of the defect or issue (for food products)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Official report describing the defect (if required by product category)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
